Object menu helps to add, to remove and to process an object :

Add Add one Primitive
AddChild Add to an child Object to that one selected
Copy Create a new Object from that one selected
Remove Remove the selected Object
Elaborate
Invert Normal Invert the guideline of the Normals (that that are surface become the inside and therefore the inverse one)
Invert Smooth Normal Invert the guideline of the smooth Normals. (to use in particular cases of import of an object OBJ)
Smooth Normal Render all the object apparently soft
Detach Material : Detach the Object from the associate Material
Properties Object Properties

Window menu helps to locate all automatically the windows :

Window
Auto Alignment Aligns the windows in a fixed way (that I prefer)
Tile Horizontally Aligns in horizontal way the windows
Tile Vertically Aligns in vertical way the windows
Cascade Arranges the windows one over the other
Arrange Icons Aligns the minimized windows
